We use a triple-bid contract process to drive down costs. We use
the volume of our business as leverage to attract and retain the
best contractors, and to get the best prices for the work that
they provide.
We can provide you with a vanilla shell for your own build-out
process, or we can manage your build-out for you on a turn-key
basis. In either case, we have the necessary experience dealing
with small sites to coordinate the logistics and materials
necessary for multiple retailers to build out their interiors on a
timely basis.
